"This would mean more than 2.3 million Austro-Hungarian troops would be free to attack on the Serbian, maybe even pushing the Russians back on the eastern front. I would assume having 2.3 million additional troops would have helped closing the Serbian front earlier, this means Austria could have used it's full force (as incompetent as they were) against the eastern front. With Russia not being able to advance as much as they did in our timeline, Romania wouldn't be opportunistic and join the Entente. It is possible that Romania might even join the central powers (for bessarabia) as the war looks worse and worse for Russia. Overall I'd say the eastern front would be won by early 1917. Thus allowing the Germans to move their troops to the western front earlier before they have massive shortages. Germany might even be able to move all of their troops to the western front (more than 1 million German troops stayed in the east to secure it from the Russians and possible civil unrest) considering Austria Hungary and Romania could have secured the east. Either way there would me a lot more central powers troops on the western front. I think Ludendorff said "Give me one million additional soldiers and I will win the western front". Even if they hadn't won it would have at least been a white peace considering that Germany might have been fed by the Ukrainian bread basket…."

Probably the central Empires would not have been defeated that way. If they had even won Europe would not have had the Second World War and would still be the continent leader on planet Earth.
