The digital version of this issue has just been released but the 'free' sprues that are included in Prime Membership are already out of stock after less than a day ? Subscribers also reporting not having received their print copy even though it is already available on E-Bay and games shops worldwide. Not impressed, hopefully WI can address this with a restock otherwise I will be cancelling my subscription as it pointless. Might as well take my chance in the shops. |

Well that stinks, grabbed a copy from my FLGS and the brigs are pretty gorgeous. Contemplating picking up a second copy for an $8 USD frigate… |

Does this issue just come with one type of ship sample? |

I've noticed lately that magazines in the shops have different sprues. So it pays to flip through the magazines on the rack to get the sprue you really want. |

WI advise they are looking to get new stock for digital subscribers soon. There is a sprue with a Frigate or a sprue with 2 brigs. Subscribers receive a random sprue. Magazine reached my local UK WH Smiths today. The models look lovely and just asking to be built. |

Haven't got my subscription jet. Got in contact with WI but no answer to my e mail up to now. That happened before when the s boat sprue was included . Took ages to reach me in the end. |

Arcane Scenery has WI issues w/ the ships still available for sale. link They still have about 30 with brig sprue and, when I last checked, 4 of the frigate spurs. It appears they also offer free shipping. |

My local W H Smith's had WIs with either sprue, so you could take your pick. |

I bought s copy from Arcane Scenery with a frigate sprue which I put together yesterday morning. My thinking was that if I get a starter set it will already have 3 frigates and 6 brigs so it made more sense to get a frigate to even up the eventual numbers. I noticed yesterday afternoon that the WH Smith's in the local town we are staying near had copies with frigate and brig sprues. Regards Edward |

Warning – idiot in the shipyard I am a newbie to naval wargaming, my last attempt at building/painting a ship was a Games Workshop Empire Greatship – came out OK. I put the Warlord ships together this afternoon – could have done with a guide to building them. I put the Frigate together – making sure that the mast with no sails on is at the back. I did not spot that the 2 masts with furled sails are of different height, at least not until I had finished the model, and found that I had put the tallest mast at the front instead of in the middle. The glue has set so no possibility of taking them out and swapping them over. I like the models – though not quite sure where the anchors go. I will probably get a couple more ships, and maybe try putting on the rigging – I am a glutton for punishment. PS – sprues are already appearing on ebay!! |

Finally got the magazine at my game shop. Only had Brig sprues in the rack. Was looking for a frigate but that's okay. If the starter set shows up at my store I may make British, French and Spanish to start. 1 frigate and 2 brigs each. |
