Very ambitious project – thank you for the link given to the project team site. And of course it will commemorate the 150 years since 2nd of December 1870.

I've got some photos of pieces belonging to the museum of Loigny-la-Bataille, which is quite a new one … and saw a fascinating photo of chandeliers made out of spilkes of Prussian helmets in a church. They found a lot of material around and some of the findings went into the museum collections.

I'll be happy to follow the progress of this work.

9 cavalry regiments … the 26 infantry regiments are finished … We are basing them right now!

So with these it is more than 2,000 figurines that We have finished painting!

Now we have to work in the field!
