Just ordered some mig ammo products from a store and while most of it seems fine, the tan for 3 tone camo filter seems like it might've been sitting on the shelf way too long. No matter how much I shake the bottle it will not mix. The tan part of the filter is stuck to the bottom of the bottle even after 5 minutes of shaking. When finally opening it and trying to stir with an old brush it came off the bottom as one gooey piece and is clumped together with a rubbery texture.

I am guessing this is not normal (never used filters before).

If you don't mind my asking, what is a filter?

A filter is a thin type of wash used to blend a paint scheme together or add subtle changes of color to a large area.
