Originally dubbed 'Mercury mark II'', Project Gemini featured a 2-man spacecraft tasked with a series of goals that paved the way for Project Apollo. Very cool. I have it on good authority that the Gemini capsule is moving into a new case there in October.

The California Science Center is a great place to visit. Lots to see and do there. Not miniatures related, but there's also a new exhibit on dogs. Maybe miniature poodles.

Well worth the visit.
