Just in case someone needs a plot device or a setting, Michael Smith in THE EMPEROR'S CODES: THE BREAKING OF JAPAN'S SECRET CIPHERS, mentions that every PanAm clipper had a strongbox in the fuselage for the transport of secret government documents. With the right cast, you could do an entire adventure in a B-314. With the wrong cast, you could still have an interesting shoot-out. (Try to miss the navigator, the flight engineer and the fuel lines.)
