There was some fluff- maybe in one of RAFM's catalogs?

I remember that the universe's "Not-Emperor of Mankind" came from Louisiana. Around the club, that was particularly memorable for prompting lots of stock 40K credo quotes in bad Cajun accents. grin

The Star Khan rules did get published somewhere in a magazine, possibly Shadis at some point.

I was really disappointed that the mercenaries by Bob Ridolfi were so huge. A couple of them have reappeared in the USX line.
