Sorry but illustration is in black and white (Staff-Trumpeters. Yekaterinoslavl and Little Russia Cuirassier Regiments – latter is on the right)
dark green facings {collars, cuffs, shoulder straps, and the trim on skirt turnbacks, as well as of shabracks and pistol holder covers} with yellow buttons. I have do have a colour version but cannot post it direct… however you can download volume XI in colour at PDF link |

That's really great. Thank you. However, I need a close up. The idea is that I can draw it in a CAD program, print it, cut it out, and glue it to the figure. That's the plan, anyway. |

Download the picture I posted then edit it to whatever size you need. I tested it and it holds up very well. Here's a picture of it at 7000 by 22000

Year of issue: 1841-1862 The multivolume work "Historical description of clothing and weapons to Russian troops, with pictures, was compiled by the highest commandment of" coming out in St. Petersburg in 1841-1862 Gg. Richly illustrated publication contains detailed description military and civilian costume for the period from 862 until the reign of Emperor Nicholas I, military uniforms, weapons, banners of various military units and military insignia. Edition came out in the form of notebooks with the attached illustrations in two versions: in an expensive (Whatman, and figures on the Chinese paper) is a partially painted illustrations, and cheaper (text in French, drawings on wove paper)-with black and white illustrations. yes thanks, I have to try out the downloads of those volumes I am interested in – is there a distinction if those volumes are coloured or not? Like I downloaded volume 10 Russian Napoleonic Infantry, it is black and white |
