I pulled out almost 40 miniatures I've had lying around that are ethereal in nature and thought I'd try getting them done quickly with Citadel's Contrast paints. I finished the first batch of 14 this morning and have updated the blog accordingly. If you're interested, start with the introduction here: link Here's the models I'm starting with:
I broke them out by manufacturer and model type so the best way to view them all is to use the category link here: link Here's my favorite of the first batch of fourteen:

Very nice! Gives me good ideas for some of my Pulp/Horror stuff! Have you tried the contrast paints over just the "clear"/translucent Figs without primer? I'm curious if they'll work on that material |

Have you tried the contrast paints over just the "clear"/translucent Figs without primer? I'm curious if they'll work on that material I am gonna guess that they will not work without a primer. It is proven that it will not work on Reaper Bones plastic without a primer. It just beads up. |
