For Skirmish games, mostly in Africa what are some good makers for modern houses, huts, supply dumps, bridges, animals, aircraft hangars and whatever other scenic doodads for games in Africa; whether it's an airport attack, supply depot raid etc.

Maybe 20mm terrain is too big for 20mm figures and I should look at 15mm options as well?

20mm terrain is smaller than 20mm figures already. If you don't think so try house to house games. Standard 20mm/HO scale buildings will provide 1 room. That's fine for a stand is a squad although even that is small.

If you go smaller the miniatures vs terrain differences become more noticeable.

And if you want to play close to scale houses become much larger.

Just my opinion.

I would use a lot of HO gauge railroad stuff.

I used 15mm stuff, too. Some is too small, but a lot fits fine with 20mm.

Are there house to house games in Africa?

20mm buildings are, usually, ground scale. 20mm figures are not.

You certainly do make some useful terrain. Huts, shanties and I like the tree stump plane stand; very organic.
