I ran this scenario, devised by "For King and Parliament" rules authors Simon Miller and Andrew Brentnall, at Historicon Thursday evening and Friday morning

Great stuff. Played For King and Parliament once and really enjoyed it.

I have wanted to try out these rules and was fortunate to play in the Thursday session. Great scenario, miniatures, players and GM. I plan on buying the rules soon.

I am looking forward to the Renaissance version as well. Simon, if you're reading this do hurry! laugh

Thanks, all. I hope to assist Simon with some play testing of the Renaissance rules. For now, In have to get top work on the Hussite list(s) he asked me to work on!

I hope to assist Simon with some play testing of the Renaissance rules.

Me too. Hoping that the rules will be either published, or close, and I will be able to run a game at Historicon 2020.

Hi chaps, the Renaissance; I wouldn't say they are close to ready, but I work on them most days. There are some interesting new mechanisms, and some of the original mechanisms are improved. I'm currently integrating the new mechanisms into the original rules text, and hope to have something that is roughly ready for initial play-testing in the autumn.

Having a good sized Great Italian Wars collection, I am certainly looking forward to this. Love TtS rules!
