In case you haven't seen, Les Éditions du Quotidien has announced that it is ceasing production of its publications: Tradition (last issue no 26, May 2019) Gloire & Empire (last issue no 85, June 2019) Revue Napoléon (last issue no 26, August 2017) The reason given is falling sales over several years. Back issues are still available from lelivrechezvous.fr |

I know. It is a real shame if you can read French as they give (gave) good information from a different view point. I shall have to investigate the back numbers. |

Unfortunately, print mags are more and more often a thing of the past…. |

Sad to hear the magazine's on its way out but then Military Modelling went the same way some months ago and that magazine had been going since 1971. I am relieved that Le Livre chez Vous will still be operating. I have used them frequently and they run an excellent service. Paul |

I didn't know for Military Modelling also Figurines Magazine at the end of the past year, their "new" version 30% more expensive almost entirely for miniatures reducing its historical and uniforms section to only one article has resisted 8 issues… |

Altfritz Military Modelling is gone?! :-O link Yes it has! It's what happens when it changes hands numerous times and who think they knew better. They wrecked what was a 'historical and hobby' across the board content for a heavy lean towards WWII armour modelling. Military Modelling was from its inception, a military, a historical and modelling magazine that released its first issue in 1971. No other publication came close. I have all the issues up to about 2006 but then things started to go awry where they started issuing more and more magazines per year, which affected the quality of the contents of the magazine as well as the bank-balance of subscribers. As I mentioned above, because of the lean towards armour, I decided to end my subscription and would only occasionally buy a copy from W.H.Smith. I brought my last copy in 2008. |
