First of all, those look really neat.

Let's be clear, I really like this project and I wish them well. That said…

Second, I have to bang my personal pet peeve drum – they should include photos of printed models, not just renders.

Third, the web page is partially in English and partially in Spanish. Neither Safari nor Chrome offered to translate the other portion of the page. I was stuck copying bits out and pasting them into a translator. That's probably not the best way to get customers.

Fourth, well established fact: stretch goals, etc, help your project succeed.

Fifth, I also suspect they'd do better with a larger set of models.

Sixth, (am I full of myself or what), I suspect those might print better in two pieces. Since they have detail on the bottom those shapes will require support structure, and that's going to mess with the detail on the bottom. If you printed a top half and bottom half and glued them together (or modeled snaps, etc.

All that said, I pledged the $6. USD I don't know if I need these, but they really look cool. I'll report back with some pictures when I get them printed.

It is a multi-part model, so supports messing up the underside may not be a problem.

They've already added some additional material to the Kickstarter, but you're right that they should have included stretch goals from the start.

Glad you like it my friend! (smile)
