Are the Perry Miniatures British Intervention Force miniatures compatible with British Volunteer Rifle Corps uniform c. 1860? Any reference book titles would be welcome. Thanks Edit. It looks like yes.

I have already done these conversions. VR caps were peaked, so you should get the BIF figs in the Shako and file town the top of the shako until it looks like a peaked cap. Also, the figs in shako don't have the blanket roll, which is an advantage. |

However, if you want to play Ridgeway in Canada, they work just fine for the Volunteer Rifles. I'll give them a go. Eric |
