That sounds like it might work a lot better than a story featuring a space marine. A sci-fi story focusing on a human character investigating evil things going on.

It would be not too far off Bladerunner and people liked that.

I'd watch it. I have one of the Eisenhorn Inquisitor figure from back in the day.

When ever we played his head would blow up….

Cautiously Optimistic here. I'm really hoping they stick with Abnett's books and not dumb it down too much. I think it's about time. It's a great character/story.

I really think they could do some good stuff with this as long as they stick to storylines that are good and don't try to sanitize it.

Since Abnett wrote the Guardians of the Galaxy comics they based the movies on I'd think they'll be close to his writing.

PG-13 might be kinda….meh. R rated would get my attention.

I Love Eisenhorn (and Ravenor), they actually give a "Human" side of the Warhammer40k World (as do Gavriel Loken and Garro).

Hoping for the best!

Not anything I would be interested in but then I'm not very enticed by the 40K veiw of the future.

Maybe they will get the woman playing 007 to be Eisenhorn. That would be fantastic!

@ZULUPAUL
The Eisenhorn novels show a nuanced view of the 40k universe that goes beyond memehammer and grimderp.

Does anyone have any speculation about networks?

HBO, FX, Sci-Fi, Netflix, BBC, or other?

I agree. Sadly I believe shooting (on Bond) has already commenced.

Seriously though, it's it's just a gimmick to get people into the theatre who are not James Bond fans. He'll get his number back by the end, I'm sure. I'm just grateful the producers have more sense than the ones at (modern) Dr Who.

Thanks for the Intel. I did not know this before and had to go look it up.

Fingers crossed.
