In these days of Trade Wars, Monetary Wars, Culture Wars and too many Real Wars wouldn't it be nice if everybody spent some time building bridges? Just an hour or so a day? I decided to do my part and descended into The Workshop and fired up my trusted friend Proxxie; inside of an hour we had built four bridges. Really, I don't see why this is so hard……on the other hand I don't see it solving too many of the world's problems either. But it did give me an hour's peace and distraction, so I guess that "all's well that ends well".

This is how it all went down……… link

Attaboy AR- helping humanity forward by crossing divisions (even if it is only in 1/56 scale).

You make that look so easy, now I'm wondering why I bother shopping for bridges the right size.

It's true. So many of our leaders talk about healing divisions, but so few of them put the divisions into reserve and give them time to repair equipment and train replacements.

Nice tutorial.

And so true too ;)

@Yellow Admiral
Would you like me to make some for you? I love custom work.

For some reason I never considered a foam bridge. I do not have a Proxxie cutter but I'll manage now that you have blazed the way

I want one of their little itty bitty table saws. So cute!

If I had the money I would have one of everything…..It would save so much time instead of running from the basement to the garage and back down again; but, on the other hand, I need the exercise

Codsticker22 Jul 2019 5:00 p.m. PST

It sounds like you and I have a similar set up…

woodshop in the garage, toy soldiers in the basement….it is my best source of exercise

The figures seem out of place, next to a pristine whitewashed bridge. I prefer a natural, 'weathered' look personally.
But If I had the board, I'd probably do the same, sadly I'm stuck with 3rd world cardboard products.

Actually that is the bare blue board, I still haven't gotten around to painting them (my gnat-like attention span strikes again!)
