To The Last Man is a set of WW1 skirmish rules by Chris Peers. The print run sold out a few years ago and was never reprinted. By chance, a last box of books was uncovered this week. There's about 50 of them, so if this is a rule set you might be interested in, grab a copy now. I can't tell you how it plays as I never had a game. Chris bills the set as a fast play, small action set of rules, usable with a squad upto a platoon, set in the early part of the 20th Century. Designed with WW1 in mind, the rules do encourage being used in other theatres, Back of Beyond for example, even upto the SCW. You can order them here: link
