I dropped an email recently to Asmodee, only to receive a reply that the email address was no longer in use. I was told to use their website contact page instead. I was amused to discover that their contact page has a notice about being offline for maintenance.

Their website seems fine, and the contact page has various email addresses depending on location. link

That would be because, since I wrote, they have unveiled new websites for Corporate Asmodee and Asmodee North America. And the email for corporate HQ is still blank!

Emailed them several years ago with a rules question for Splendor. I am still waiting for an answer.
