Hi guys

Some 28mm D.A.K figures finished on commission, enjoyed painting these immensely, don't get to paint D.A.K very often, theses are Artizan figures, some have had headswaps.

Great job!

Those look good! I'm not a fan of the excessive paint chipping on the helmets, but it is VERY well done, so if these were my figures, I'd still be happy.

Nicely done. I like Artizan DAK and 8th Army figures.

Lovely work, Dan. Especially like the stubble. Some of the best I've seen!

Very nicely done, the different colours of the uniforms adds to the character and look of these guys 👍

Forgive me.

Beautifully painted work but the body proportions look weird.

The top MP 40 chaps hands are bigger than his fleet and the weapon looks like a death ray blaster.

The chap with the Mauser, his arm looks nearly as big as his leg and the weapon is huge.

The third chap down looks more in proportion, but still a monster piece of ordinance.

Perhaps it's optical, but even so they do have a presence.

C M Dodson I would agree. Artizan are not not my favourite figures. I find them too chunky for my taste and the poses are a bit samey too, but they have their fans. I prefer the Perry and Offensive Miniatures DAK.

Gunner Dunbar10 Jul 2019 7:15 p.m. PST

Yeah, if I collected 28mm ide go with Perry.

Volleyfire11 Jul 2019 8:10 a.m. PST

Perry's figures don't have knobbly knees.

Look great!

They do look very good!

Just to note, most helmets get wear at the very top (from being set down). Mine certainly did/does. The rims are fine, though.

As for how that would look on a miniature, I think this method looks much better.
