Title line says it. She was the commander of the Jalisco Lancers, KIA in 1866 who saved the life of Republican General Arteaga when wounded at Cumbres de Acultzingo. I have a very basic bio, but would very much like to post any sort of Public Domain image for the book project "Viva Juarez! A Source Book For The French Intervention in Mexico, 1862-1867." If anyone has anything, please contact me via TVAG@att.net. I know this is a "Hail Mary!" call for help, but it's worth a try! TVAG |
