I got a chance to play with myself. I mean, play solo. I mean… Man, there's no recovering from this. Ahem! "Hardwired" cyberpunk solo minis game. It's kind of like "The Syndicate" or "Satellite Reign". LOAD "*", 8, 1 link

Firstly, yup, I still remember and understand your cryptic LOAD "*", 8, 1. That dates us I think. Great, great report. Not only does your table look simply outstanding – and it's nice to see Bloo again – but you take the time to explain the rules and mechanisms in fascinating detail. Thanks very much. It looks like an interesting system, although I wish it was a bit "tighter" and didn't leave things to the players to write rules on the fly. |

Great report! I just bought the rules last week and ordered the cyberpunk terrain expansion from from the BattleSystems recent Kickstarter. Hope to be playing this soon. |

As Tony S wrote you do angreat job explaing the game and pointing out problems. Also your table, and toys, look terrific! |

Thanks everybody! Once I get my cyberpunk table perfected, I think I'm going to try building some fantasy stuff. As for explaining things, I try to give a lot of detail up front, and then once you know how it works, basically gloss over it to get to the next interesting thing. So, I guess that's working. :) |

Tony S – what rules do players have to write on the fly? |
Ludanto | 20 Jun 2019 5:22 p.m. PST |
Dentatus, I think he's referring to Hardwired (see above). It's a very light system. Solid core, but sometimes you've got to sort out the extra stuff when you suddenly realize that it isn't there. |

Yes, I got that he meant Hardwired. I was wondering what rules (in that game) he was referring to. Nice table and figs, btw. |

Oh! Well, if you read the blog, the issue I had was having to assign a difficulty for hacking the cortex bomb. I also had to make up a protocol for how the enemy would react to the NPC VIP, and how the VIP would move during the game. Nothing that is a hole in the rules, so much as some undefined elements in the scenario. |

Nice report. Thanks! I wondered where you got the fabulous color cover until I read, "(Unfortunately, the awesome cover didn't actually come as part of the PDF. I am sad.)" I bought the PDF, too. I, too, am sad. Maybe Patrick can add it, at least as a separate file/download. |

@Schogun, Thanks you! Maybe I'll send the author a message requesting the lovely cover. |

Tony S – what rules do players have to write on the fly Exactly what Ludanto wrote in his 20 Jun 2019 9:00 p.m response to the question quoted above. That said, having to quickly come up with rules to cover undefined elements in the scenarios is much, much better than needing to re-write bad or poorly thought out rules. And your activation system does, as I mentioned as well, seems very intriguing and clever. If it makes you feel better, I've already pre-ordered your upcoming Osprey rules! |

I'm not feeling down at all. On the contrary really. People seem to be enjoying the rules and working out scenario details themselves – which was the idea. Regarding the cover, I was trying to keep the pdf to printer friendly, black and white images and text. There's a single page docx file at boardgamegeek for now. link |

I discovered hardcopy on Amazon, so that filled my need for a book with a nice cover. |
