While the water looks convincing the mounted crew would in my opinion need to be holding on tighter if the track was really going fast enough to create such a splash… Still a great model and composition. |

The downside is the modeler used the original issue of the Tamiya M113, which was not so great, and the even less great figures. I think the model would have been improved if they used better figures. Or at least did a head swap for better aftermarket heads… Damon. |

There were several models/dioramas at the Shizuoka show with huge water-effects splashes, I need to find a how-to for that. |

For an M113 to make that big of a splash it would have to be going pretty fast. Served in 3 M113 Bns, '84-'89, and even commanded an M113 Co. I think all our tracks were leftovers from Vietnam. But they underwent rebuilds, upgrades, etc. But still were the "good old" M113 ! But I do like the dio ! |
