…Before: Keep It Varied.

"Star Trek: Discovery is already charting itself a bold new course going into season three. Picard is on the way. And that's before we get to the animated shows and the seemingly zillions of other Star Trek projects in the works. In an age with more Trek than ever before, how does its architect plan on avoiding fatigue? Variety…and toys, apparently.

I haven't seen any of them, and I'm already a bit fatigued, especially after hearing about the new "Picard" show.

The more the Trek, the better….

I'll make a wild guess :

More Star Trek as long as it's the same format as everything else : Grimdark background, a cast that is openly hostile to each other and will always favour their agenda against the worst possible threat to the point of complete cognitive dissonance and rapid fire emotional beats with zero narrative connecting tissue tossed out like garbage and then kicked in your face while they snap a finger in your face "CRY !", "LAUGH !", "Break out the feelz NOW !"

I'm with Patrick on this one. Hated STD (the few episodes I saw) and therefore not inclined to waste time or money on any of the others.

After STD, I have little trust left for Kurtzman or anything he touches. Get someone good in, with decent writers without PC agendas, and I'm all for it.
