Beautiful, but I would not care to game with them…
Had a friend, years ago, who painted like that. Played a game with his figures, and they were damaged early in the game, by handling. Spent the rest of the game worrying about touching any of his figures. Not my cup of tea, but beautiful to look at, without touching, or gaming with them.
I get annoyed when my GEtGW (Good Enough to Game With) standard, painted mini's are damaged in play. When I saw his figures, like these, damaged, I was mortified. I average 10 minutes of brush time, per GEtGW figure I paint. He averaged 10-12 hours of painting, for each one of his figures… Cheers!
