How does Aventine Steppe Cavalry compare in size to Footsore Huns? Anyone happen to know?

And would the Aventine Steppe Cav be good as Late Imperial Roman allies like say the Alans? Theodosius I had Hun and Alani allies when he fought Magnus Maximus and his Germanic (Goth, Saxon?) allies.

I would say that the Aventine steppe _nobles_ are wearing 6th-8th century armour, and would look wrong for a 4th-century army like Theodosius'. The light cavalry, however, would probably do.

Can't comment on size, I'm only going from photos.

Thank you GurKhan.

I believe Aventine allows picking heads, so I suppose I could take the helmeted and bare-headed ones for Alani/Sarmatian Light Horse.

The Aventines are smaller than the Footsore Huns. I bought the Aventine light steppe cavalry with the Late Roman helmeted heads option for my Huns in Roman service.Aventine's proprieters kindly let me buy the Roman heads for the steppe nobles.

Thanks Ten Fingered Jack.
I was assuming smaller, but hoped for the best.
At any rate, I suppose the difference wasnt enough to stop you from using them? And nice to hear confirmation of Aventine's service.
