Has anyone played A House Divided rules? What are they like? The only info I can find is on the Caliver Books web site. Even they say the rules are complex, so that's not a good sign!

Thought you might be talking about the GDW Boardgame that some used for ACW Miniature Campaign games. Same name "A House Divided".

I think you are mis-reading. The rules include a "quick start" chapter with the full rules in "detailed main rules." They describe them as quick play.

The Napoleonic rules Esprit de Corps are pretty straight forward…

Yea, Newbury's "Fast Play Ancients" was reportedly fast play also. They were ridiculous.
