This reminds me of a chariot game the local wargame mag produced back in the 70s. It was great fun for a while. You diced for your speed along the straight but chose your speed around the corners. The inside lane had less steps than the outer ones but the risk of crashing out was higher. I seem to remember you could whip rival charioteers but that might be my fevered imagination playing tricks with me. |
