I have recently bitten the bullet with 1/2400 Dutch Wars ships from Tumbling Dice. Here is a scenario and AAR from a recent game based on the Medway Raid of 1667. leagueofaugsburg.blogspot.com Plenty of shots from the game on the report and here are a few to be going on with -

Beautiful! I picked up those fleet packs but haven't painted them up yet. You did an awesome job especially with those added flags and pennants. Inspiration for me. |

Thanks Gentlemen. I have really enjoyed painting these models. The flags are hand painted on Aluminium foil and the rigging is done with brush bristles. I will do a piece on it on the blog sometime soon. |

Just needs a wee bit of patience and a good pair of tweezers boggler. Buy yourself a kid's brush with small plastic bristles – I also use them for 1/56th scale tank aerials! |
