looking for a friend, can I get some recommendations for US based painting services (preferable with a web presence)? Not sure of the scope of his project, probably 28mm, most likely Historical, possibly Fantasy.

There is Pictors Studios, not sure if he got his website sorted out or not, Hoard painting in Vegas. I still send my 6mm Napoleonics to Old Guard in the Ukraine.
