Yes, thanks! I got photos but not seen these yet, I watch photos only on big computer. And we are not allowed to talk about figures and rules at all here in forums. Even about these, who are published on Hobby News. Bill says. Figures and rules belongs to Hobby News and here stays only gaming, without figures and rules. |
von Winterfeldt | 14 Sep 2019 1:54 p.m. PST |
well miniatures and rules are essential for gaming |

Is there a way of ordering the French Revolutionary Legere with casquettes so I can build a unit of 32 figures without buying lots of officers and grenadiers? |
Sho Boki | 05 Dec 2019 6:41 p.m. PST |
Of course, just email me the configuration you desire. |
von Winterfeldt | 08 Dec 2019 1:06 a.m. PST |

Sho Boki | 08 Dec 2019 2:42 a.m. PST |
Yes, thanks, I got this big order today and start to cast. But there are no other unanswered messages from you beside quick info about Hessian waterbottles. Two musketeers from eight poses get bottles. |

Sho Was looking at the British figures on your website and noticed that you have marked them also as Hanoverian. As far as I know the Hanoverian Infantry did not have a plume on their hat like the British instead they had a pom-pom. Any chance you will modify the British figure so that it has a pom-pom? |
Sho Boki | 18 Dec 2019 10:53 a.m. PST |
Here are discussions about preparing these British. theminiaturespage.com/boards/msg.mv?id=490279 I followed directions and was informed, that these are suitable also as Hanoverians. But making pom-poms from plumes through cutting plumes off is'nt very hard task? |
Chad47 | 19 Dec 2019 8:27 a.m. PST |
Sho Maybe, maybe not ! Based on the link no mention was made of pom-poms for Hanoverians, which is why I asked the question. I like your British figures so, not having any modelling skill myself, I will have to ask a friend of mine if he can help. |
Sho Boki | 19 Dec 2019 9:02 a.m. PST |
This was commissioned set, not my area of expertise and I was provided with sources. I may release Hanoverians with pom-poms if you will order to release this separate set and provide me with correct images of Hanoverians with pom-poms. |
Chad47 | 20 Dec 2019 4:34 a.m. PST |
Sho I will see what I have as regards Pom-poms. How big an order would I have to place for you release such a set? |
von Winterfeldt | 20 Dec 2019 5:27 a.m. PST |
I have plenty of information from the Gmundner Prachtwerk, there existed even units with plumes, in case you like pompoms, just cut half of the plume off with a cutter – as Sho said, it shouldn't be that difficult. |
Chad47 | 20 Dec 2019 8:32 a.m. PST |
VW Thanks. I have been looking into it in more detail and as you say both plumes and Pom-poms were worn. It also looks as though cutting as you suggest plus perhaps a little filing to smooth the plume might do the job. Do you know which regiments wore which? Thanks again. |
von Winterfeldt | 20 Dec 2019 8:35 a.m. PST |
I don't have the time at the moment to look through my sources – alas. |
