So, the last couple of months have been really (really) bad and to say that we're reaching the point of no return would be… accurate. link |

Sad to hear. You'd think there would be some sort of accommodation that could be provided to existing "tenants", at least in the short term. Seems a bit daft to throw paying ones out into the street, when the others are already vacant. Ah, the joys of governmental bureaucracies………. |

I doubt the Landlord is giving the whole story. Unfortunately commercial tenants don't usually have the same protections as residential. |

This is a story being repeated all over the UK. The net has killed so many store fronts. Strangely, you'd think they would lower prices and re-zone to allow for other commercial tenants, but change there is coming slow as molasses, from what I can tell. |

Since they hitched their wagon to Infinity, I'd kinda lost interest in their products. Still, I'm sorry to hear they're having troubles. |

Extra Crispy - From the info in the link, I got the impression that Antenociti trade from a business unit rather than an actual retail store. The landlord can probably make more money by converting the building into residential homes, so will have no interest in lowering prices! Not sure what you mean about re-zoning. We don't have property zoning in the UK! Local government has a planning department which has in this case apparently OK'ed the change of use from business to residential. |

if you have a lease , is there a clause in the lease giving the landlord a right to terminate it . If not and the lease hasn't expired you can stay . |
