I recently ordered some random figure from Museum Miniatures to make a baggage train for my 15mm Sea People army.

I was amazed to find some of the ugliest 15mm miniatures and the most spectacular 15mm miniatures in the same batch.

So in this batch I had some of the old museum minis for random horde type figures, these are the truly hideous, but very functional figures.

However, I also ordered some of their new Z range which I think is posted as "Z" online and seems to be predominately Classical Indians and the Summerians which are the leading or launching groups in this line. I got a Bronze Age cart and some random civilians.

Now I was skeptical about ordering these because online the figures I ordered were all computer generated images (not castings or pics of minis) or seem to be, which I assume they use to 3D print a master to make the mold. So I was not sure what I was actually going to get.

I can tell you from the figures they sent and the Classical Indian sample provided as a free taste these are very detailed and extremely clean casts. Anyone considering a 15mm Classical Indian army should check out this range. If I did not have a huge 15mm Classical Indian army already painted I would be ordering one from them. The Sumerians are also really beautiful looking.

They do tend to be rather muscular in physique, but paint up brilliantly.

I hope Museum continues to expand this new line of figures.

The range can be done in 28mm if someone else takes the range on.

I saw the Indians first Hand at York this year, and they are truly fabulous. I already have a massive 15mm Indian army, but I think I'm going to replace/augment my command units with the new figures, when available. Not to mention the new anti-elephant cart.
If you check their facebook site, Dave, from Museum, is displaying CAD images, for comment, of his next expected range of Greek Hoplites. Magnificent!
It was his original stated intent to do a separate pack for each city state, but I'm not sure he's keeping to that.
I intend to replace many of my hoplite figures when they become available.
I think someone has already taken on the Sumerians in 25mm or 28mm.
