I'm in the US and made a small order of miniatures from these folks. After a month, no shipping notice and no response to Paypal inquiry.
Anyone else have any similar communication problems?

Well, as soon as I made a Paypal complaint I received a refund immediately.
Good, but a waste of time – would never deal with this German firm again. |

I made the mistake of ordering from them once too. Never again, they just seem to have a lack of interest in customers. |
