I met the guys at Dancing Yak Miniatures (https://www.dancingyakminiatures.com/) earlier this year at Cold Wars and we talked about the possibility of a project together. These are some early WiP shots for it: a 10mm Terracotta army. They're going to be my alternate take on undead, instead of skeletons the souls of these warriors are bound to terracotta statues by their masters. These are the spearmen, I'd like to do crossbowmen, calvary, chariots, artillery and maybe some big monsters s well. We're looking for feedback at this point, so thoughts?

Would make a nice Tomb Kings-esque option for Not-Cathay.

If nicely detailed, I'd be down for an army of them.

I would be interested, especially if they could also be used as living Qin Dynasty troops, so if not overly mangled.

Very nice but not my scale.

Looks like they are about 4.5 heads tall? Certainly this is not a bad idea in 10mm, but I'd look into going to 5.5 or 6 heads tall (6 might be too small), as they look very dwarvish. Looks like you are using z brush or similar so that should be easy to experiment with.
Also the faces are quite detailed in a way that might be too subtle for 10mm, consider making the planes of the face simpler and starker (certianly so if you make the heads relatively smaller).
A few test prints will tell you if these things are a problem or not (and maybe you've already done that). There's nothing wrong with the sculpts, I am just suggesting these things as they relate to the readability of the figures at such a small size.
