You were asked – TMP link If you have used either the old Ral Partha or the new Iron Wind Mobile Headquarters, which game do you use them in more frequently? 11% said "BattleTech" 5% (tie) said "Ogre" or "Dirtside" 3% said "MechWarrior" |

Big surprise. I've been told on more than one occasion that no-one plays Battletech anymore, by someone who not only used to play, but is manager of one of Europe's largets games stores and a successful manufacturing studio in addition. |

Maybe not in his area of Europe. German BT guys are always cooking something up. It is going strong here in central Virginia as well. We have 6-10 people every two weeks. There is a strong Facebook presence too (which is how I know about the big German group). Course there is also Alpha Strike and that seems to be gaining in popularity. Really it just depends on where you are located and how much you really want to play. |

I happily play BT (Alpha Strike these days), but still tend to see the Mobile CP more in other games. n.b. the results were 7:11 for BT:Other; 9:9 counting Mechwarrior as BattleTech. |

I have not used HQ. I play BattleTech and now with the new starter sets I might say it has received a new boost. The problem is that they are already oop. Hope the new Alpha Strike book announced will be printed in more numbers. |

Catalyst is allegedly having trouble keeping their starter sets in stock; sales have been brisk! Damon. |
