The Harford Area Weekly Kriegspielers have run 1500+ convention games. Our consensus is that we think the no-show rate is 50%, but it is rare that there aren't enough stand-by players to take the empty slots. We usually design our games to be able to hand an extra player or two than what is listed in the convention program. It is not unusually to have a full game and still have additional people who want to play. |
