The French celebrating at the battle of Fontenoy and what I'm guessing is the aircraft carrier USS Bunker Hill hit by Kamikazies off Okinawa. I'm pretty sure Gunfreak meant it as a jest. |

Just wait a minute, Gunfreak. If the British hadn't called in carrier support from their American allies at Fontenoy, the French wouldn't have activated their Japanese airborne suicide mercenaries. ….having I been reading too much Turtledove? |

Well Duke of Cumberland was out of his league, any general worth his salt would have called in the colonial marines and nuke the french from orbit, it was the only way to be sure. |

I couldn't find pictures of the Battle of Fontenoy or the USS Bunker Hill getting hit with a kamikaze with the right aspect ratio, so you got a side-by-side instead of a gif on a loop. Wyatt |
