Yes please. I have an urge to make some Tigers, and was looking at Italeri or Zvezda. If these actually arrive I may be sold. |

Mind you – I see they are 23mm, not 1/72. Sigh… |

They are marketed as 1/72 – I notice that the 23mm reference appears on existing 1/72 AFV eg Pzkw III J-M. To what does 23mm actually refer in this case? Regards Edward |

All my vehicles are 20mm or 1/72. However on a games table the minor difference in size will not matter that much. |

Wish they'd done something other than another Tiger I. Krupp Protzes and SdKfz 222s would surely sell in numbers to us early war players. |

Well though I'm not a great fan of 1/72, good on PSC. 23mm is about 5ft 5" which for World War 2 seems a sensible height of a man. Most kids like me were bigger than our parents I'm 5 ft 10", dad was more like 5 ft 6". Good to see some sanity in a figure a rare treat indeed. |

20mm is NOT 1/72 !!!!!!!! 20mm is 1/76 aka AIRFIX |

I don't have any of my (thousands of) Airfix anymore, but PSR state that Airfix soldiers are 1/72 and measure 22mm. i do recall the "advertised as" 1/76 Matchbox figures were noticeably smaller. |

I'd hoped for zimmeritt, but obviously they are catering for the entire run of Tigers. Still, might be tempted. PSC go for the chunky look which suits the subject.Although they might not be a good fit with my Italeri models. |

UshCha, 23mm is measured to the eyes, not to the top of the head. It's amazing how people were apparently so small a couple generations ago, yet at 6'2" when I go to old folks homes the men are around my height. Perhaps some parts of the world have tiny people (ie Japan) while the rest of the (Western) world is average at 6'. |

I towered over my grandfathers and great uncles (who all fought in WW2), as well as my father (born before the war). They were all urban children of poverty and the Great Depression. Our better fed colonial cousins may have been somewhat taller in the 1940s. |

Visiting the Air Gunners section of the Yorkshire Air Museum made me realise just how much smaller than people of today the men of Britain must have been back in the 1940s. |
