I resculpted my Borodino 1812 Russian Infantry Generals to fit on my own horses. Unfortunately the figure of Barclay de Tolly was broken during the moulding, so this figure will be remoulded together with Cavalry Generals later. But other generals are available with horses now.

great! Does that mean the long dormant "Generals of Borodino, 1812" is back on the production schedule? Missing Russian Generals AND French Generals? |

Did you find anything special for the Cavalry generals, in costume that makes them different? I'd still love to have resplendant Grouchy in green and red boots! |

Thanks! :-) Matsukaze, I may do and I do smaller figs than 1:100 but not bigger ones. PTL1815, yes, the older ones were sculpted for AB horses, because I don't haved my own horses then. New ones will fit with any horses on market, have bigger boots and improved lower frontal edges of bicornes. And at last I may cast all of them with one mould. Rmcaras, this project was never abandoned, only delayed, because I am lazy and slow. Meanwhile I produced ADC line, wich belongs to the same project. Jcfrog, there are only two different things between Russian Cavalry and Infantry Generals – the reverse color of plumes and sabre instead of sword. And I try to add them their faces from portraits and correct decorations and badges for day of Borodino. |
