I am looking to complete my 28 mm hoplite units and these are the manufacturers I have:
Vendel
Black Tree
Foundry (World of the Greeks)

I am looking to have more Spartans in a bell cuirass, Corinthian helmets with long hair etc.

I know there is 1st Corps and wondering how would they match in look, size with the figs I already have? Any manufacturers I may have missed?

Gorgan Studios. Sculpted by Steve Saleh who also sculpted Foundry's The World of the Greeks.

I have the Gorgon studios Spartans, they are great figures. Not exactly what you're looking for, but well worth checking them out!

I appreciate the idea, thank you!

The Gorgon Etruscan hoplites have bell cuirasses- but are not hair heavy- they are very nice for early period hoplites.
