Excellent. I have the basic Warlord set and we use Sword and the Flame with it. Good times. Guess I should dig it out. One thing we've done though since after a few 'historical' plays the British player knows where to expect the attacks, we now randomize the direction they come from. Keeps the Brits honest. |

PzGeneral, This is why I really like the scenario we use. There are 3 jump off points and the Zulu decide which ones to use each turn. Also why playing at a convention is nice because the scenario is not published so the Brits are not sure what is going to happen. |

Nice pictures. Was the Rorke's Drift station on a hill? Never knew that. |

There was a fair bit of dead ground on the approaches to the compound so the Zulus could approach under a bit of cover in places. The whole site was overlooked by a much higher hill (Oscarberg). Check out the film for topographical outlook. link |

Rally Now, I was stationed at the Base of a plateau. As Jim Duncan mentioned there were several dead spots. This is why our scenario uses jump off point to allow the Zulu to reach certain points unobserved. The slight elevation on my terrain represents areas that were slightly elevated which made hasty barriers that much more effective. |
