Turkey's first amphibious assault ship/light aircraft carrier, still under construction in drydock, caught fire. link

In its light aircraft carrier configuration, it can carry 12 F-35s and 12 helicopters.

Maybe it "accidentally" caught fire because there would be no F-35's for it anyway.

Yep, I suspect they won't be getting F-35s anytime soon, nor should they.
