Well, if a lot of the scout-sniper course failures are because they don't have the fieldcraft, it makes sense to teach them that in a separate class and send them to a combat unit to make that fieldcraft as much of a no-thought-required skill as marching is. And then come back to get the shooting part of the class (which isn't easy, either!). You were a sniper, Armand, does that sound reasonable to you? |
