Does anyone do any figs for these?…..I am thinking around Bir Hakeim…..

cheers

I don't think anyone actually makes the figures.

I bought mine from Peter Pig. Got 8th Army infantry, removed the heads (a simple twist with needle-nosed pliers), and replaced the head with the Peter Pig head in French kepi. I now have a full-up company for Bir Hakim.

They make 2 packs of French figs for WWII North Africa. One pack is mixed infantry, the other support troops and weapons. They are roughly comparable in quality with Battlefront, if a bit smaller. Many of the early Outland figs are fairly "primitive," but these are recent casts and actually pretty good.

Is Outland still around?

They do indeed have a web site, but I can't find a listing for 15mm WW2.

Standard 8th Army figures will do for the defenders of Bir Hakeim, with the odd kepi etc thrown in. Most sensibly wore their tin helmet…..
