Does anyone know if there are any other hotel facilities in the VF area that are offering HMGS group discounts other than the Radisson? The HMGS website only references the Radisson. |

There are 2 hotels on site; the Radisson and the Casino Tower. There is no indication the Tower is offering any break on their $200 USD a night rate (thus far). I was wondering if, to expand their options, HMGS had reached out to an off-site lodger. |

If people are looking for cheaper options there's a Motel 6 and a Best Western right down the road. Also an Extended Stay America 1,000 feet away. |

There are a lot of places in the area, but only the two on site. The VF is so close to where I live I will be commuting :) |

Is it my imagination or has the CD for this con disappeared of late from posting on TMP? He used to be very good about answering questions. Interesting too as the staff link for FI has not been activated, so I am not sure who is doing what for FI, or if the fact the link is inactive means anything more. IIRC, there were only 219 rooms reserved for this convention at the adjacent hotel(s). Not sure how many of those rooms are already spoken for, if any. |

HMGS has room blocks at both onsite towers. Rates are the same for both and there are still rooms available in both. If anyone is having trouble with their links, just call the hotel and say you are with HMGS and are making reservations for the Fall-In convention. The Valley Forge staff are very helpful (I reported the link problem yesterday), but if anyone continues to have trouble making a reservation, just send an email to me or anyone on the HMGS Board. Since it's about 3 miles from my house, I'll be day tripping… On the plus side, I know I'll get a good night's sleep… The area around the VFCC has been built up some. There is a good Marriott a short distance away.

John, Tried the motel link on the Fall In site again with no joy. Took your advice, called the Casino directly, and everything's good to go. Thanks again for the advice. Scott |
