Hi guys These troops are about 60% done, have cammo to do on some parts, and a lot of highlights on clothes, flesh and weapons, then basing, I may finish them off in sections from here. Have started sorting out the figures and done all the head swaps for a new Gebirgsjager, need to order some green stuff before I can start on them properly, will try to pick up a box of Hat 75mm Skoda mountain guns next weekend for support for the mountain troops. They look good. Are you doing anything more to the bases, edges, Snow? |
Gunner Dunbar | 22 Apr 2019 4:44 a.m. PST |
Yes, these are only 60% finished, more painting, and bases need finishing. |

Lovely work there GD – very inspirational. A lot of work, but you will get a truly unique force on the table. I have such a soft spot for the German paras that seeing your project is (almost) tempting me to start a para force myself. But mine will be "out of the box". Looking forward to updates |

Hi guys Some more painting done on these Krauts, they are starting to look the part, still a bit of work to do on them, I have put a lot of work into these guys and I really like them, but I have found a wargames club not to far from home and I'm thinking of selling them to raise money to build a 15mm Napoleonic Prussian army, if you would be interested in this force (there's also a Pak40 with 6 crew, HMG and 5 man crew, Mortar team, FO team, and will be adding a StugIIIG that will be included) then contact me on dan.dunbar@hotmail.com Heaps of pics here gunnerswargamming.blogspot.com/2019/05/update-wip-winter-fallschirmjagers.html

Hi Guys The first elements of my 1/72 winter Fallschirmjagers finished, here we have an assault pioneer section, a sniper team, a Panzerschreck team and a BMW and side car, not sure about the MG on the sidecar, thinking of replacing it, please let me know what you think, more work needed on these? or are they good to go? Truly stunning. There are people who look down on 1/72 plastics, but you are showing what is possible. Marvellous effort |
