Look like the old Celtos line in some regards

These were released by Harlequin Miniatures in the 90's, and were not sculpted by Copplestone (who is one of my faves). My old catalog credited the sculptor but I don't remember for sure who it was, now.

Not celts but Celtos fantasy range

Old Ral Partha mini from Iron Wind.

Iron Wind have a number of old Ral Partha historicals though this would count as fantasy – and worrying.

I take it Celtos was in part inspired by the Slaine comics?

Lime-washed hair, scalplocks – what's the difference?

Where does it state that Mark Copplestone sculpted them?

That olde Ral Partha piper looks like he survived the camps in Germany or the march to the Japanese camps through Burma … Then had his head enlarged by space aliens.
