I have checked but unable to locate any Guard Horse artillery limber sets with the drivers in busby. Any suggestions/ help appreciated.

If you're referring to the Guard artillery train, with the exception of some of their trumpeters and officers, the train troops wore shakos.

Essex in 25mm did them. A French guard horse artillery limber with seated driver in busby. Its not on the web sight but email them. I have 12 of these limbers with seated driver, they are very nice. I know Essex figs are long in the tooth. But these are very well done. hope this helps

There was a discussion about French horse artillery limbers some time ago.

The limbers were an A frame construction and manned by the artillery train in shakos.

The gunners were mounted and did not sit AKA Royal Horse Artillery on the said limbers.

Neither as per the Italeri set did they carry whips to give their mounted colleagues a good whipping.

Happy modelling,

Chris
