After working for the better part of six months on and off, I am finally ready to field my Primaris marines. The force includes over 30 Primaris Intercessors, 4 Primaris Hellblasters, 10 Primaris Lieutenants and Captains, an Ancient, Librarian, Apothecary, 5 Space Marine scout snipers, Rouboute Guilliman, 2 Redemptor Dreadnoughts, and a Stormhawk Interceptor.

In a separate post I'm going to go through the paint palette I used and the choices I made in arriving at an overall aesthetic that I was satisfied with.

Very good paint job on them.

My only sticking point is that they are not Dark Angels.

Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated!

Actually, I may attempt to do some other chapters soon now that you mention it. Dark Angels are pretty cool I have to say…!

With the new Chaos models and current daemon-engine focus, it seems that Dark Angels is one of the better ways to play Chaos Marines from the Legions (as opposed to newer converts like Huron Blackheart's Astral Claws), because the current Chaos 'dex is terribad.

Ironically enough, I used to play DA back in the day but have shifted to Primaris Deathwatch for my fresh start in 8e.

Those look great. My first Primaris force was Ultramarines but then I went with Crimson Fists.

It was either them or Imperial Fists and I want to do the game from the Rogue Trader book so CF it was.

I like how you did the Guilliman. Without a gold trim he seems to really mean business.

Very well done sir!!

I love that they are not bright blue and are nicely weathered.
