After a few days to recover and reflect on a great day at Salute last Saturday I have just finished a blog post about all of the wargame hobby heroes that I met at Salute. Some old friends, some new friends. Thank you all. These are some of the key people who keep me going in the hobby. Social media is a fabulous resource for us wargamers, but nothing beats meeting in the real world.

Also a big thank you to the rest of the Friends of General Haig crew!

Wow, all the A Listers from the UK gaming community except possibly The Perry Twins and "big" Rich Clarke!

Great blog post

Thanks, Don!

I would have liked to have met Big Rich but he seemed swamped any time I passed by his Malay game. Likewise the Perrys always seemed to have a crowd around the stand. Maybe next time :-)
